Our commission is 17% of the gross revenue, which refers to the total amount paid by guests prior to any platform service fees. This fee encompasses our comprehensive property management service, including listing creation, dynamic pricing, guest communication, booking administration, cleaning coordination, and ongoing maintenance oversight.
We only earn when you earn. If there are no bookings, we don’t get paid, so our goals are fully aligned. We’re motivated to
maximize both your occupancy and nightly rates, because that’s how we earn our commission.
Yes, we provide full support with the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing) and DET (Department of Economy and Tourism) registration process, which is mandatory for operating a short-term rental in the UAE. While the registration costs are covered by the property owner, we handle the process on your behalf to ensure everything is submitted correctly and efficiently.
As the property owner, you’re responsible for covering mandatory setup costs such as the DTCM property registration fee, DEWA bills, basic home insurance, and ensuring the unit meets safety and furnishing standards. While these are owner expenses, Rentlyst guides you through each step to keep the process smooth and compliant.
Yes, as the owner, you can block out dates for personal use at any time. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll adjust the calendar accordingly with no penalties or disruption.
